Accident reports are open records and therefore, anyone may request and receive a report. Accident reports are retained at the police department for seven (7) years.
For an accident that occurred in the Village of Rosendale, you may request a copy of the report by calling (920) 872-5050 or e-mail police@villageofrosendale.com. They will send you a Request Form that needs to be sent back or dropped off, along with payment, at the Rosendale Police Department.
